The organisation was experiencing low staff morale. We agreed a list of issues and explored them with 100+ staff, via small group workshops and 121 interviews. We helped senior leaders to shape solutions, including: prioritising; tailoring to their departments; communicating with staff; acting as a sounding board on
implementation issues; and supporting their leadership during this adaptive challenge.
