We were very mindful when we chose the name Cru (pronounced Crew) in 2017 that it needed to encapsulate our purpose. We chose a French word, not to be clever, but because it reflects our openness to different cultures. Cru has several meanings. Belief. Growth. Rawness. Supporting clients in their growth involves helping them with the unfiltered thoughts and raw emotions that always arise as we grow.

Trev brings a career in professional services combined with 20 years as a coach and facilitator. Neill brings a career in education and therapy. We hold master’s degrees from Oxford University and Cranfield School of Management. We have trained together in leadership at Harvard. And we are informal, easy to get to know and seek to create enjoyable and productive relationships with our clients.
