We bring together leaders and high potentials to focus on areas of their growth. We co-created a programme for team leads in a global consultancy. The diagnosis phase ensured tailoring to the context and differing needs. Actors simulated real-life situations, stretching participants and providing in-the-moment feedback. Positive feedback from participants and from the business, meant the initial programme was offered to new cohorts.
