My Cru coach was great. We worked together, using The Immunity to Change process, which helps you tackle the things in your life and career that are often the most difficult to change and keep reoccurring.

Not only did my coach help me understand this in a deep and meaningful way but also provided a framework for testing and validating the assumptions you often make about why things stop you progressing and fundamentally hone in on the things that really matter. It has helped me better understand and recognise both positive and negative habits and therefore established a real mind-set change, in turn helping me grow and develop.

My coach had a perfect style that combines great listening and reflecting, as you would expect but also holds you to account to the commitments you make to yourself and the ITC process.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1494185911595{margin-bottom: 10px !important;}”]Stefan, food and drinks professional with experience at PepsiCo, United Biscuits and Ferrero, now running his own Marketing Consultancy.

“Working with Cru was a really positive experience.

I think the supportive approach is vital with this as it is dealing with quite deep and difficult issues. I was always really clear about what we were doing, the process, the theory, etc. I would you recommend Cru to others. It was great to work with them again.”[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1491939164466{margin-bottom: 10px !important;}”]Sue, Head of Department, national non-profit organisation

“Working with Cru on Immunity to Change has been a transformational experience for me.

It’s had positive benefits for my academic work as well as my leadership of BIMM Institute Bristol. I feel I have made significant progress towards leading rather than simply managing, and the work has changed not only the way I think but also what I think about. I won’t pretend it’s easy work – it’s actually very challenging – but as a Higher Education practitioner I know that no significant developmental progress can be made without challenge.

Fortunately, Neill and Trevor’s delivery method reflects my own philosophy of ‘challenge and support’, so while it is challenging work, you will always feel supported in reaching your goals.

Since working on my own ITC map, I have invited Cru into work with my college management team and me on giving each other developmental feedback on our practice (and producing our own maps). What was transformational for me can be transformational for our whole institute.”[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1494593649587{margin-bottom: 10px !important;}”]Steve, College Principal, BIMM Institute Bristol[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″ css=”.vc_custom_1494187829339{margin-bottom: 35px !important;background-color: #d0bee2 !important;}”][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1494593874373{margin-bottom: 10px !important;}”]

“The mind set shift is proving to be very lasting and sustainable, and provides an excellent framework with which to focus and problem solve much more effectively.

It’s a process that focuses effort very well, and the benefits are farther reaching than the goal it was originally intended to improve. Being aware of behaviors that trigger big assumptions has been extremely revealing to me, and has improved not only my self-reflection but also my interactions with others – allowing me to see beyond the surface and offer insight where none was previously possible.

There is a much larger focus on providing small steps that challenge what I thought I knew about myself – I consider myself to be quite a reflective and introspective person, though it was enlightening to find some of the behaviors and mind-sets that block my development and productivity. Over the past 20 years, I have observed and been through coaching, counselling and mentoring, and nowhere else have I found the level of improvement that I have found with Immunity to Change.

Some of the revelations after a few sessions can be very revealing and powerful, so it is important to fully trust your coach – they can help you move past the large (and often wrong) assumptions about what you do and, to an extent, who you are. The benefits are immense. It will help you to integrate more fully into the world, explain some of the challenges you have faced in your life, and provide some very useful answers that will stay with you for a very long time.

At times, it may feel difficult – especially when testing big assumptions, however small that test may be – but tests will not make or break you, and you will be able to see the benefits of doing so very quickly and clearly.

My Cru coach is excellent. He is insightful and incisive, provides an outstanding level of support throughout all stages of the process, with a very friendly and caring demeanour at all times – particularly during those times where I was struggling or felt overwhelmed by the revelations we discovered. Trevor is very honest and forthcoming throughout the process, never hiding agendas or ulterior motives – he was always as open and honest about the process as I was. The relationship created is nothing if not supportive, and I am eternally grateful for his patience and kindness.

I wholeheartedly recommend Cru coaching – particularly to those who have professional ambition, or simply wish to understand their actions and behaviors more deeply to change or adapt to new circumstances.

I think everyone could benefit greatly from this type of coaching, both in personal and professional situations – the process is never linear, and could be applied to any situation where our instincts hint at a mismatch of expectations, understanding, and reactions (either ours or someone else’s).”[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1491939199559{margin-bottom: 10px !important;}”]PC, Music Producer
